Payment

Upon receiving your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order and informing you bill price including shipping cost.
Please pay in advance by one of the following methods within 1 week after receiving the e-mail.

• Credit Card
  
  We accept VISA and MASTER CARD. We don't support on line payment at present.
  Please let us know by fax or telephone the following information after you place an order.
  1. Card name (Visa or Master)
  2. Card number
  3. Date of expiration
  4. Name of the cardholder ( The name must be same as the name of the purchaser)
  Please note that we don't accept devided payments. After we refer your confidential information to the credit company and get your approval No., we will settle your account and ship your order with a card receipt enclosed.

• International Postal Money Order
  
  We accept International Money Order denominated in Japanese Yen.
  Make the money order payable to SilkRoad Co.,Ltd.
  

International Shipping

• Shipping Costs
  We ship overseas by postal service(EMS; Express Mail Service).
  Shipping cost depends on the weight of the items you are ordering.
  Please refer to EMS rates chart at postal service website.



• Order Tracking
  You can track your EMS package. Click here.
  
  
• Delivery Time
  Items in stock usually ship within 1-2 business days. You can expect receive items within 7-10days.
  A backorder item will be shipped as soon as it is availablle. We will notify you approximate date of delivery by e-mail. Credit card orders will not be charged until all the items of your order are ready for delivery.



• Customs and Import Duties
  Please keepin mind that shipments may be subject to the importing country's duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the recipient to cover these costs.

Return Policy

• Return
  Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any of the purchased item(s) for a full refund (except shipping fee), as long as you indicate the reason for your return and the item is in original condition.
  
  
• Defective Goods
  After contacting us by e-mail, please return it by collect. We will exchange it with a brand new merchandise.
  
  
• Returning cost
  Please return items at your expense unless the reason for the return is attributable to us.
